Product Consultant-Contact Center and Chatbot Development

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Contact Center and Chatbot products.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert for Contact Center and Chatbot products
- Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company’s goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new products
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and customer needs
- Provide pre-sales support and technical advice to prospects and customers
- Ensure that the product meets customer requirements and provides an exceptional customer experience
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and assist in defining the product vision
- Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in the Contact Center and Chatbot products
- Strong understanding of Contact Center and Chatbot technologies and their applications
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
