Product Consultant-Contact Center and Chatbot Development

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Contact Center and Chatbot products.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Contact Center and Chatbot products
  • Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company’s goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new products
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and customer needs
  • Provide pre-sales support and technical advice to prospects and customers
  • Ensure that the product meets customer requirements and provides an exceptional customer experience
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and assist in defining the product vision
  • Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in the Contact Center and Chatbot products
  • Strong understanding of Contact Center and Chatbot technologies and their applications
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
