Lead Generation Specialist

 As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and researching potential leads using online tools and platforms, conducting outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate interest, qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team, maintaining and updating lead information in the CRM system, and collaborating with the marketing team to align campaigns with lead generation efforts. This position is available only for the Kochi office, and no remote or hybrid work arrangements are offered.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers

Generate high-quality leads through email, LinkedIn, and digital outreach

Qualify leads and pass them on to the sales team

Work closely with marketing to fine-tune targeting strategies

Maintain data hygiene in our CRM and track outreach metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
