The ideal candidate will work on building scalable backend systems and contribute to developing AI-driven features, including AI chatbots, automation workflows, and intelligent applications.This role is ideal for someone with a strong Python background and interest or exposure to AI technologies.

Qualifications:
- Required Skills & QualificationsStrong proficiency in Python (3–5 years experience)Experience with frameworks such as: FastAPI / Flask / DjangoGood understanding of: REST APIs and microservices architectureAsynchronous programmingExperience with databases: PostgreSQL / MS SQL / MongoDBExperience with API integrationsFamiliarity with Git/version controlStrong problem-solving skillsPreferred / Good to HaveExposure to AI / NLP / Agentic AI, Conversational AI conceptsExperience working on: Chatbots, Voice AI, Contact CenterLLM APIs (OpenAI or similar)Awareness of: Agentic AI / multi-agent systemsRAG and vector databasesExperience with tools/frameworks such as: LangChain / LangGraph Knowledge of React.js or frontend technologiesExperience with Docker / containers / cloud environmentsExperience in SaaS or product-based companies
