As an ERP Functional Consultant specializing in the Finance module, you will be a crucial part of our consultancy team, leveraging your deep understanding of financial processes to provide expert guidance to our clients. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze, implement, and optimize ERP solutions tailored to meet specific financial requirements.  

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Requirements Analysis:

Work closely with finance teams to comprehensively understand business processes and financial reporting needs.

Conduct detailed analysis of financial workflows and compliance requirements.

Functional Customization:

Customize and configure the ERP Finance module to align with unique client requirements.

Implement and optimize financial workflows, reporting structures, and automation processes.

Implementation and Project Management:

Lead the implementation of ERP projects with a focus on the Finance module.

Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery

User Training and Support:

Provide end-user training on the Finance module, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

Offer ongoing support to clients, addressing queries and resolving issues related to the Finance module.

Integration and Collaboration:

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the Finance module with other modules and external systems.

Provide insights on best practices for integrating ERP with third-party financial tools.

Data Migration and Validation:

Oversee the migration of financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Validate and troubleshoot data migration issues, ensuring data integrity.

Documentation:

Create comprehensive documentation for finance module configurations, customizations, and best practices.

Contribute to the development of standardized documentation for the finance consulting team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Proven experience as a Senior ERP Functional Consultant with a focus on the Finance module,Odoo ERP Preferred.In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards.Strong understanding of ERP modules, particularly the Finance module.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both finance professionals and technical stakeholders.Certification in ERP implementation and finance-related certifications are highly desirable.
