FRESHWORK CRM FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate their requirements into functional specifications and Freshwork CRM solutions.
Configure and customize Freshworks CRM to meet the business needs, including workflows, automation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Lead and participate in Freshwork CRM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the Freshwork CRM’s potential.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Support) to integrate Freshworks CRM with other systems and enhance overall functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve Freshwork CRM-related issues, optimizing system performance and usability.
Document configurations, customizations, and project details for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience working with Freshworks CRM in a functional consulting or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Freshwork CRM processes, including lead management, sales automation, customer support, and marketing campaigns.
Proven experience in configuring and customizing Freshworks CRM, including workflows, automation, and integrations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather requirements and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and support end-users.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with other Freshworks products (e.g., Freshdesk, Freshservice) is a plus.
