Freshwork CRM Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate their requirements into functional specifications and Freshwork CRM solutions.
  • Configure and customize Freshworks CRM to meet the business needs, including workflows, automation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Lead and participate in Freshwork CRM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the Freshwork CRM’s potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Support) to integrate Freshworks CRM with other systems and enhance overall functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Freshwork CRM-related issues, optimizing system performance and usability.
  • Document configurations, customizations, and project details for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualification and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience working with Freshworks CRM in a functional consulting or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Freshwork CRM processes, including lead management, sales automation, customer support, and marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience in configuring and customizing Freshworks CRM, including workflows, automation, and integrations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and support end-users.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with other Freshworks products (e.g., Freshdesk, Freshservice) is a plus.
