Odoo ERP Techno Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:
Conduct the Business Process Analysis and Prepare the Business Process study sheet
Map the Business Processes to Odoo Application.
Prepare Gap Analysis Document.
Prepare the Model
Prepare Functional Requirement Specification Document
Conduct Go-Live Readiness Assessment
Product Implementation
Support service estimations for development tasks
Create the technical design documents
Do Customization of the product to meet the needs of the customer based on the FRD
Conduct an Initial test of the developed functionality
Do Function testing of the developed functionality with the Test Lead
In case of upcoming customization requests during the deployment phase, perform the design and development tasks in accordance with the defined change request process
Validate security
Design and develop data models and database architecture
Construct, install and test the database system
Develop Data Migration Scripts & Execute Data Migration
Execute UAT and manage feedback
Train the Key users
Conduct Status Meetings
Report Project status to Steering Committee

Candidate Profile :
Odoo Certification
Experience in Odoo ERP implementations
Odoo ERP Techno-functional expertise.
Odoo framework knowledge.
Must have hands-on experience and sound knowledge in installing, coding, and adding custom modules in Odoo.
Strong knowledge of Python and programming concepts along with PostgreSQL for data storage.
Knowledge of Linux-flavored operating systems.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
