Meet Aaron Jenkins, VP of services at Enghouse Interactive.

Tell us about your history with Enghouse Interactive?

I started with Enghouse in Feb 2015 in the traditional direct group reporting from a competitive organization.

What is your favorite part of your job?

I absolutely love working with our customers. It is so interesting to see the different personalities, industries, and challenges they all face on a daily basis.

What is the most gratifying part of your job?

Seeing Enghouse products and personnel addresses the day to day business issues of our customer base. Getting a “thank you” from an exasperated customer is the best way to end a long work day!!!

What’s on the horizon in the world of Enghouse contact center solutions?

We are currently positioned strongly with premise and cloud offerings. The next are we are venturing into is the hosted managed environment. This will give our customer base the ability to take advantage of the benefits from a cloud model while still having the control and security inherent with premise solutions.

How have you seen Enghouse evolve since you’ve been part of the team?

We merged the Channels and Direct teams under one leadership structure allowing for a more unified view into Enghouse to our customer base. We have also continued to add solutions to our overall product offering to meet the market’s changing needs.

Tell us 3 fun facts about you!

1) I Grew up in Detroit but now live in Salt Lake City where I love the mountains and the outdoor lifestyle.

2) I have a beautiful wife and 2 sons who I am extremely proud of.

3) I prefer to spend every free moment at my cabin in Idaho.
